Renting with us, you pay one monthly fee which covers absolutely everything. We cover bills including utilities, WiFi, licences and maintenance so you don’t have to!*
*There is a utility (gas, electric, water) fair use cap of £43.75 per person per month.
Fortnightly cleaning
We have a professional cleaning team who visit all our houses every fortnight. Maintaining a hotel level of standard, finish and cleanliness is of the upmost importance to us.
Likeminded housemates
All applicants are interviewed to ensure we are grouping likeminded people into our homes. We aim for our members to become close friends, not just house-sharers.
Household essentials included
Most household supplies, from washing up liquid to toilet roll, dishwasher detergents and hand soap are included in your rent and are replenished as required during each clean.
